2. Order Process

Orders are initiated through consultation. Customers may contact Faisal Boutique through the following channels:

After receiving the enquiry, our team will discuss customization options, measurements, pricing, and production timelines.

An order is considered officially confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.

Faisal Boutique reserves the right to accept or decline any order request at its discretion.

3. Pricing

Our couture garments generally fall within the price range of ₹25,000 to ₹2,50,000 depending on the design and customization.

Final pricing may vary based on:

• Fabric selection
• Color customization
• Embroidery and detailing
• Urgent production requests

The final price communicated during consultation will be treated as the confirmed order value.

4. Customization Policy

Faisal Boutique allows limited customization options including:

• Fabric selection
• Color changes
• Measurement customization

However, design modifications or structural changes to the design are not permitted once the design has been finalized.

Once production begins, no further customization requests will be accepted.

5. Payment Terms

To confirm an order, customers must make a 50% advance payment.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch or delivery of the garment.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, UPI, or other payment methods communicated during the consultation process.

Production will begin only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

6. Advance Payment and Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

Once an order is confirmed and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to confirm all details carefully before making the advance payment.

7. Production Timeline

Standard production time typically ranges between 15 to 20 days, depending on the complexity of the garment.

Production timelines may vary due to order volume, customization requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery timeline during consultation.

8. Urgent Orders

Urgent orders may be accepted subject to production availability.

The minimum timeline for urgent orders is 7 days prior to the required delivery date.

Additional charges may apply for urgent production requests.

Faisal Boutique reserves the right to decline urgent orders if production timelines cannot be accommodated.

9. Measurements and Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.

Faisal Boutique provides an online measurement guide to assist customers in submitting their measurements.

Faisal Boutique will not be responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

10. Alterations

As all garments are custom-made according to customer-provided measurements, Faisal Boutique does not provide alterations after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to carefully follow the measurement guide before confirming their order.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Faisal Boutique ships garments across India and internationally.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and courier services.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive shipment details where applicable.

Faisal Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues.

12. International Orders and Customs Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are not controlled by Faisal Boutique.

13. Product Representation

We strive to display product images, colors, and details as accurately as possible.

• Handmade garments may have minor variations that reflect craftsmanship

Such variations are natural and are not considered product defects.
